British PM Rishi Sunak has appointed David Cameron, the former prime minister who campaigned to remain in the EU, in a move to signal that the Conservatives are not lurching to the right. The decision to bring back Cameron and fire interior minister Suella Braverman, a prominent supporter of leaving the EU, has been seen as a risky strategy.
