North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has proposed amending the constitution to designate South Korea as the "primary foe" and has warned that his country will not shy away from war if necessary, as reported by state media KCNA on Tuesday. Speaking at the Supreme People's Assembly, North Korea's rubber-stamp parliament, Kim stated that unification with the South is no longer feasible and accused Seoul of attempting to overthrow its regime and achieve unification through absorption.
