Woman killed in Ukrainian shelling in Russian border village

A woman was killed and her husband injured in a fire caused by shelling in the settlement of Kulbaki, Russia’s Kursk Region. Another household was hit. Ukraine accuses Russia of launching a strike on the town of Myrnograd, injuring at least nine people and damaging nine high-rise buildings. Governor Roman Starovoit reported the incident on his Telegram channel.
