Trump Says Talks With China Will Continue, But Tariffs May Be Here To Stay

According to a report by Reuters, on Friday, President Donald Trump said that trade talks between the United States and China would continue into the future and US tariffs may or may not be removed, based on the result of ongoing negotiations.

Trump's message reportedly sent a signal to financial markets that, despite a significant setback between the two sides in the last week, talks in Washington on Thursday and Friday have not completely broken down.
