Man arrested for firing gunshots at Baltimore County officer
IT HAPPENED ABOUT 2:30THIS MORNING IN OVERLEA.
ANOFFICER ON PATROL, SAW THE MANHOLDING A GUN WHILE WALKING INTHE MIDDLE OF MARGLENN ROAD."The officer at that pointstopped his car, got out ofthe car and started to orderthe suspect to show him hishands in an attempt to get thesuspect to drop the gun.
Thesuspect at that point refusedand that point refused and randown Marglenn Road, Theofficer followed the suspect."POLICE SAY THE SUSPECT FIREAT LEAST ONE TIME AT THEOFFICER...THE OFFICER WAS NOTSTRUCK.
THE SUSPECT KEPTRUNNING.
HE WAS EVENTUALLYLOCATED.
AUTHORITIES SAY TWOHANDGUNS WERE FOUND ON THEGROUND IN THE AREA.
