Loper Report: 'Isn't It Romantic,' 'Happy Death Day 2U'

"i think i might be going crazy.

I hit my head really hard and i woke up in this alternate universe and now i have this gay sidekick and he's setting gay rights back a hundred years."

"i love working the legs."

"and guys are looking me in the eye."

"you're quite beguiling, aren't you?

Are you feeling what i'm feeling?"

"oh my god.

I think i'm traped in a beep beep, my life's become a beep romantic comedy!

And it's pg- 13!"

-- mark -- that was a clip from "isn't it romantic", one o the newest movies to hit theaters.

-- susan -- is the movie worth seeing?

Here to let us know is our film critic, wil loper -- wil -- no need to get hit in the head to enjoy this movie, the film is a clever twist on romantic comedies that's entertaining and laugh out loud funny rebel wilson gets hit in the head and wakes up in a rom-com, not just any rom-com, but a pg-13 rom-com, where every swear is masked by the beeping of a truck backing up and all the intimate moments involve cutting to the next morning, much to her dismay.

She plays a cynic, a non-believer in love and fairy tales, but once she's trapped in the mushy world of bright colors and people falling in love and getting married two days later, she realizes she might just have to do the same to escape.

This movie pokes fun at all the cliches we've seen a million times, the running in slow moon to stop a wedding, and a karaoke song that turns into a full dance, and many more i won't ruin for you.

If you love romantic comedies, you'll enjoy this film, and even if you dislike them, you'll still have a blast seeing this movie break apart the genre.

3.8 whitney houston's i wanna dance with somebody's out of 5, the karaoke song in this particular movie.

Next up: "happy death day 2u" "no way.

It's monday the 18th again!"

"everything is different this time.

Now the killer is coming after all of us.

Which means i"'ll have to die over and over again, to save all of you?"

This is a sequel to 2017's happy death day, in which a college student had to keep reliving the same day over and over as a masked killer took her out in a variety of ways.

It was a horror movie meets groundhog day.

The movie was surprisingly fun and enjoyable, and this movie is even more so, adding in a sci-fi element and alternate universes and quantum mechanics, and- okay it sounds crazy but you'll have to take my word for it, this movie is fun, funny, and gives the main character some crazy hard decisions to make.

Funny horror, not serious horror what's your rating?

3.8 doc brown's out of 5.

He'd be proud.

Next week?
