The changes are to ensure the Salvation Army can still provide essential services to the community while still keeping staff and clients safe.

Many organizations that provide critical services to the community are working to implement new safety measures during the coronavirus pandemic.

I'm finding out what the rochester salvation army is doing.xxx here at the rochester salvation army á they serve some of our communities most vulnerable residents.

So how are they continuing to provide those essential services while still keeping everyone safe during the coronavirus pandemic?

When you walk into the salvation army á you'll see these signs á encouraging people to make safe and healthy choices á and outlining what they're doing to protect both staff and clients from covidá ninenteen.

We have had to stop our congregate dining á so we're still doing our daily lunch program á but it's like a so let's go over the changes to all of the salvation army's services.

Again á the daily lunch program is "toá go" only.

Meals will be provided in carry out containers to avoid congregate dining.

Social services appointments will be handled by phone call or email whenever possible.
