Joseph's mayor and city council, bars, restaurants, fitness centers, entertainment complexes and other public gathering spots will be required to close at midnight -- all in a response to coronavirus.
Many made a last minute trip to their favorite restaurant today.
At adams bar and grill it was a little busier than a normal wednesday.
Customers said they were sad it's gotten to this point and employees are concerned about what the future might hold.
