Northwest Christian University, University of Oregon, and Oregon State University announced the rest of their spring terms will be taught remotely.
Universities...they all decided to go one step further than the governor's executive order and move the rest of their spring terms online.

Matt and renee-- university of oregon is quiet.
I've seen some students out but the ones i saw are wearing face masks for protection.
This decision to move courses online by osu, uo, and northwest christian will keep the campuses essntially deserted, only open to critical staff members.
The universities say all the resident and dining halls will remain open to help support students who can't go to their hometowns.
Oregon state says students who choose to move off campus for the rest of the year will recieve a refund.
One freshman i spoke with says she wants to go back home to connecticut and complete her classes there, but she can't because of the virus there a huge outbreak of coronavirus so i can go home.
Because if i go home i could get it.
So it just safer for me to be here actually.
Yamron says she is upset her freshman year didn end the way she wanted to.
But she says she can imagine behng a senior right now because u-o decided to cancel graduation.
The university says they are trying to find another way to celebrate all of the senior success.
Matt and renee christian says their commencement is still planned but they are taking it day by day.
Oregon stage says any undergraduate or graduate students who might need to take classes in the fall because of the university decision will be receiving scholarships.
