Fort Wayne gyms find ways to reach clients staying home

Many local gyms are offering online fitness options for clients as people are urged to stay home.

Coronavirus is putting a damper on a lot of gym rats.

But instructors want to turn up your spirits a couple of notches, even if gyms are closed.

Fox 55's mallory beard shows us how instructors are keeping clients motivated.

She says it's the first time she regained her mental balance since having to close "so it's to get the normalcy back into a routine.

Both locations say they aim to keep their clients' safety at high priority...and will work through the ever-changing conditions until all settles down.
