Many local gyms are offering online fitness options for clients as people are urged to stay home.

Coronavirus is putting a damper on a lot of gym rats.

But instructors want to turn up your spirits a couple of notches, even if gyms are closed.

Fox 55's mallory beard shows us how instructors are keeping clients motivated.

Both locations say they aim to keep their clients' safety at high priority...and will work through the ever-changing conditions until all settles down.
