With the increased volume of the number of times we have to go to certain areas it's put strain on the our server people can only work so many hours and they are men and women here doing excellent job with that so it's pretty straight on that.

From a resource standpoint but again our our men and women that are out there doing it every day have done an excellent job and that they make me take the very well and we understand people's concerns and we're our- best to help them with you can place of course will thank you james will be.

In essence you're picking up double the customers in one week whereas before it was just maybe sixty thousand you basically double that in a week to give you an idea of- some of the collection vehicles we have this is called a clamp truck.

This vehicle is used to pick up a lot of your larger material this way check basically short basically stopped that- these heavier than- individual or two individuals can carry these trucks basically on a normal schedule could- go through neighborhood rather easily pick up everything there would be a larger amounts of material at the curb.
