Smith tells action news now not everyone needs medication when suffering from stress, anxiety, or depression.

But he says some may need it to help get them through this time.

Then he'll evaluate them to see if those patients need more.

Smith says these stressful times can trigger old habbits that have been broken so to be wary of slipping back into them.
