Family found a c1 >> welcome back tonight we're joined by lori brown.

She works for the results company.

She's out of breakmike tosses to below.>>to slightly below.>>mike tosses to c1 c1 joseph and pandemic.

C1 find out how she's making it all happen.

Welcome.

>> hi jodie.

Thanks for having us or me.

>> tell me.

Like we said, you have 200 employees and it's a 24 hour company.

How are you keeping your individuals in the call center safe?

>> great question.

We are a large facility.

So we typically on a good day will have our peak shift at 100, 100 or so employees.

Because we're a 24-7 company and have large shifts, we don't put all people in the same area at the same time.

We have been able to practice the social distancing.

Really taking the cleaning and the supplies and the and making sure we have a save environment for our people.

You may have, again we're having work at home.

We have taken the 200 folks and given people opportunities to if they're not comfortable to come in, go work at home.

Right now we have about half of the people just under half that are still going into the facilities.

And again, we're letting people know if they're not comfortable, they have other options for them.

>> it's really wonderful as a company.

We talked earlier this is an essential business.

Can you tell us why.

>> sure.

So a lot of what we do is helping with healthcare providers.

Folks who are calling in, can they get to a doctor?

How can they make appointments and get transportation.

We do roadside assistance in st.

Joe.

People who need phones.

I need to be able to community.

Giving that service back to our customers customers is really what we're doing.

Providing those essential needs in a time where communication, right like we're doing now, allful these different communications are so important to us.

>> absolute low.

The people that are working in the office, are they going in with masks or gloves?

Do you know how that is working or do they do what is comfortable?

How are you keeping people six feet apart.

>> we are supplying gloves and will be supplying masks.

So far people are bringing in their own.

Cleaning supplies and we are keeping social distancing in that we have, the site director came up with this idea.

We have a daily call with our site directors to go over the things they did very early on was start marking the floors.

And said here's a chair.

There's a chair.

You ask people and say, how far is six feet apart?

I don't really know.

Making sure we were following all of those guidelines so that again, we could keep our people safe and keep our people employees who want to come and work, one of the other benefits of having our folks in the site is we're able to help the local businesses because we're bringing in lots of lunches.

All the local restaurants in the area, we're giving them 50, 60, 70 orders a day and the night shift.

Just being able to help people in the community is really what our focus has been through this whole pandemic.

>> i know we're appreciative that you have chosen st.

Joseph to open.

I know there's a satellite office here.

>> thank you for giving us the insight what it's like to work in a local call center.

>> thank you.
