Today, athens-limestone hospital is reducing the hours at it's fever and flu clinic.

The ceo of the athens- limestone hospital says the curve of coronavirus cases in the county is flattening so they've not seeing as many patients at their fever and flu clinic.

As of last check, there were 3 coronavirus patients at the hospital and one of them is on a ventilator.

They're cutting the hours at the clinic in half!

Now, it'll open from noon to 4pm during the week and if things go well, the clinic could see another cut.

"we will continue that operation next week at least, to continue to assess the need for that service at last check, there were 59 people in limestone county waiting for test results.

Here in marshall county, they're expanding testing hours at the county health department as cases continue to rise.
