Challenge for all of us all the time... but with gyms closed we've been looking at other options for keeping fit.

George is particularly focused on keeping fit when you've reached... as he put it... a certain age.

So not having our gym is confusing.

But has turned herself into a legitimate hard body.

She has great tips for those of us for whom 50 is in the rearview mirror.

So you just simply have to improvise if you can't get to the gym which we all can't right now.

Sloane davis is the creator of an online exercise program she calls pushups and pancakes.

She says we middle aged and older people who want to stay stron?

Can create our own weights.

There are so many things in your house that you don't think of that you can use as weights.

Grab a bag of rice.

Grab soup cans, water bottles, milk jugs, anything that has weight can suffice as a dumbell.

So i told my new favorite fitness expert, that i like doing pull ups at the gym and couldn't do them anymore, she said well don't you have any rafters in the house?

I really like to have something holding my legs when i do situps or crunches.

No problem.

Sofa works just as good as an inclined bench.

At the gym i like to use dumbbells for tricep extensions, well no problem here at home, i've got a coffee table.

So i told sloane, i really miss doing the bench press at the gym, but she said pushups are great!

Sloane suggests get the heart rate up.

Maybe take spots for a jog.

You can do butt kicks.

You can run in place.
