Valley View opening Friday

Utica Mayor Robert Palmieri sayd Valley View Golf Course will open Friday, operating within state guidelines.

Basis starting friday.

The course will operate under the state's covid-19 rules.

That means no golf cart rentals.

The clubhouse is closed.

All payments must be made by credit card.

And social distancing mustbe observed.
