Child Care and Family Assistance Program

While many businesses remain closed or limited in operation during the COVID-19 pandemic, one area non-profit is still busy.

And they need your help!

The Nest - Center for Women, Children and Families continues to provide services through their Family Assistance Program.

Jenny Norman joined us by phone today on Good Day Kentucky to talk more about their efforts and how you can help.

The word snow no ... in may of really ... i think was a ... while many businesses remain close or limited in operation during the covenant ... to make one area nonprofit is ... real busy and need your help ensure the contingencies to provide ... this is ... to their family ... wanted to talk more ... thank you for having me ... more and more a charger ... program you also specifically ... years ... provided ... education and counseling and support for women children and families in crisis and really now more than ever we the community now that the net ... is still here for you i'm obviously we had to ... service ... unfortunately with the mandate to the governor program enclosed that we are saying engage ... the family ... unity doing video and then our family and ... program here ... they think you many that we're getting that by ... only ... the social do ... thing that families can come in and get help with iceberg why ... paper paper towel ... will retrieve clothing and baby items that you are there pack and play the ... obviously we talked about some businesses and organizations change the way the ... do things ... breathe as how how difficult was it to make that change because see ... so much of what you do is ... is based off of in person relationship ... and itbut i have to say we have an amazing traffic down ... they'll get the services that family along with the family at ... adapted all of our pilot ... parenting to go virtual ... i'm them and make that transition video of the talk more about how that they would like ... use the tracing.
