Plaintiffs in Douglas County speak out about lawsuit against governor

On Monday, Baker County circuit judge Matthew Shirtcliff ruled that Governor Brown’s executive order was unconstitutional.

Travis hunt is the head pastor at camas valley christian fellowship.

And, he just one of two pastors from his church who signed on to the lawsuit challenging governor kate brown's stay at home order.

Like all the plantiffsunt says brown is trampling on their constitutional rights to gather for religious services.

On monday& judge matthew shirtcliff ruled in the plantiff favor.

But within hours, the state supreme court put a stay on the ruling& until they heard both sides.

Ron rust&the other camas valley pastor involved said it was not a surprise.

And some people feel like it not the christian way?

Right now, hunt says theye still unsure when the supreme court will make an official ruling.

But, he says he and his fellow plantiff are still discussing how to move forward.?if wee victorious, praise the lord.
