Take pkg bidwell canyon marina assistant manager, sherry cook tells me that they use to allow up to 15 people on the shuttles.

One boater told me he is excited to get back in the water after all the challenges.
"i waited this long you know were finally able to go back in the water, it was very frustrating because we pay all the fees and everything else involved and we couldn't even see our boat," just last week people werent allowed to go to the marina or get to their boats but now people are out on the water celebrating memorial day.
