Speaking about Union Home Minister Amit Shah's 'Bihar Jan Samvad' digital rally where the BJP leader said it's not a "political rally" but a medium to bring the people together in the fight against coronavirus, RJD (Rashtriya Janata Dal) MP Manoj Jha said the ruling party cannot see anything beyond elections, and it's aim is to form government irrespective of the poll results.
