Almost every weekend during the summer months you'll find food truck vendors at local events... but that's not necessarily the case this year with so many of them being canceled because of the pandemic.

A local event aims to help vendors make a profit... despite the cancellations.

They only operate ritz rings and things for about 5 months out of the year.
