Phased out of Phase 4

The Governor is not allowing some businesses in the State’s Phase Four reopening strategy from opening up.

Four of the state's reopening plan, some businesses are being told they may not be able to open.

There's ways of doing it.

You should still be allowed to open up.

Valley cinemas owner christopher anderson has been working side jobs to earn an income, because he and other theatre owners have been shut down since march.

Nat sot: we who are about to die salute you& movie theatre owners aren't being told how long it will be before they're allowed to open, so they may end up dying a slow death, but anderson gets the big picture.

Sot: christopher anderson, owner valley cinemas we can't afford to have another spike in new york or we'll be set back until there's a vaccine, and it'll be pretty hard to stay afloat as a business if we got to wait until march, april, may of this coming year.

I mean no money coming in for like basically a year and you still have bills and insurances and people to pay and& you know it's pretty sad right now.

Even though anderson is taking all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of covid 19 in his cinemas, it still may be some time before people are running to the theater.
