Many people took to Facebook and Twitter reacting to the video of the woman, who was a nurse for Lutheran Hospital at the time and then reaching out to hospital officials calling for the woman's termination.

A video posted by a lutheran hospital nurse is going viral online.the video message was shared thousands of times on twitter where the nurse talks about 'black privilege'..sayin g black people are shielded from scrutiny based on the color of their skin.fox 55's chris mullooly joins us live near lutheran hospital.

Chris... what was lutheran hospitals response?hunter... they emailed us and would later put out a post on facebook saying the nurse's video doesn't reflect its values..

And the woman is no longer employed at lutheran.

The woman who the video was made towards... says she hopes this can be a learning point for many others who feel the same way.

Black privilege is thinking you're deserved or entitled to something on the color of your skinthis comment and others made in a two minute eleven second video were posted to facebook...and almost 24 hours later... shared thousands of times.it was one video in a slew of comments and replies between a luthern hospital nurse and rachel goodwin.and take the oppurtity to educate her and someone else watchgoodwin says she originally saw a number of comments made in a friends status she didn't agree with... one of which saying blacks were 'privileged.'goodwin commented asked for clarification... and even sent a video message of her own.

Racism isn't our fault its something we have to deal with she says the conversation was never civil...black privilege doesn't exist so i made a video to reply directly to her and that's when she said this video was made.the woman goes on to say george floyd's death... a huge part in protests around the world for racial justice ...maybe died from an officers knee on his neck... but also.he had a freak out panic attack when he went in the car cause he was high on meth fetanyl and positive for covid you should know asa nurse that like when you have covid is when you go into severehave respitory distress so he probably had an mi'the comments would bring hundreds to call for her firing at fort wayne's lutheran hospital."yeah it kind of just took off from there"goodwin says she's glad to see lutheran condemning the comments...and hopes this will be a way to educate others in different workplaces.i'm using things she says in the video which are disturbing i think there needs to be educatino cultural comunication not just for black i'm talking black hispanic all minorities lutheran would go on to say they're committed to diversity and equality for all members... and do not exclude people or treat anyone differently based on personal characteristics such as race.reporting live ... chris mullooly... fox 55 news.
