Dizziness, muscle cramps, cool clammy skin are all signs of heat exhaustion and the best treatment is to get inside a cool, air conditioned place.

Melissa says: "everybody's been coming in to get out of the heat --butted-- we have all the fans in here" in extreme cases staying in the heat for too long can lead to a heat stroke -- a real threat for those who live outside.
