New this evening -- a huntsville man is dead after the madison county sheriff's office says he was shot and killed by a teenager.
The shooting happened just after midnight in the 100 block of cloverbrook drive in harvest.
The morgan county sheriff's office arrested this man -- 18- year-old montrae corbett.
He is charged with capital murder and is being held on a 75-thousand dollar bond.
When deputies arrived at the scene... they found 38-year- old keelan andrews dead from a gunshot wound on the road.
Investigators said corbett shot andrews while corbett was in a vehicle.
