Admitted to planning a school shooting at shelby county high school has been sentenced to ten-years in prison, according to federal prosecutors.

Dylan jarrell was first charged in 2018...not only with the planned school shooting...but for planning to kill an individual and then himself....and lying to the f-b-i about all of it.

He pleaded guilty last november.

His case made national headlines because of how he was caught.

He sent two harrassing messages on facebook to a mom in new jersey that contained racist and threatening statements.
