I have spoken for parents choosing alternatives for parent led homeschool or simply hiring teachers to help with homeschooling but one unique scenario i hadn't really heard of.

One former charleston county school district teacher and now important, she has decided to create her own school, her own learning environment with own curriculum and safety plan.

School like 25 plus others in the area is backed by the south carolina independent schools association.

>> during times like these there's also great opportunity and there are -- there's a lot of room for a lot of different solutions and i guess if need is so great we don't need to be worrying about competing against each other or what's better or what's worse.

I mean this is a time for us i think for us to come together and use knowledge and school set and really work together.

This is for the kids.

>> brooke: enroll 18 students on september 9th.

It is important for parents to note that not all private schools will be accredited so it is really important for kids looked at alternatives to do due diligence, do research before coming up with the correct slug solution for your child.
