The owners of "everything under the rainbow craft shop" say they have been very strict about the mask requirement since it went into effect on july first.

Now that kids five and over are required to mask up too& they say they won be holding back on parents either.

Owner darcell campbell says she knows it isn easy to keep a mask on a young child while theye in public.

But she says it going to be up to parents to enforce this with wheir kids& especially while shopping.

Darcell campbell, owner, everything under the rainbow: i think we all have to buy in and express how important it is to keep them safe and keep others safe?

Campbell says she not afraid to ask a parent to put a mask on their child if they come in without one.

She says it her duty as a small business owner to educate those customers of the requirements and the consequences she could face if anyone comes in without one.
