First Responders EMT Motorcycle Ride

It's an annual ride to raise money for volunteer first responders in rural communities.

Southeast minnesota harley owners group organized the ride today.

Kimt news three's maleeha kamal caught up with the bikers before their ride today and has the story.xxx look live: i'm at the harley davidson shop in rochester where 60 people gathered for a first responders motorcycle ride... they just left this parking and are on their way to the first stop.

These bikers hopped on their harleys and made their way to houston, rushford, and spring valley.

Organizer charlie milligan says they're riding with a mission..

To drop off a donation of one thousand dollars to first responders.

Milligan says they picked departments that operate as volunteers... and the money will help them continue to provide support to these rural communities.

"we want to make sure that these people are willing and able to respond to any kind of emergencies that should come up.

Their budgets are really limited perhaps on the bottom of the barrel as far as the county and city and budgets go."
