Families and supporters say they feel close to justice this morning..after a big change in the investigation into the disappearance of crystal rogers.

Yesterday-more than 150 investigators executed search warrants..on properties owned by the houck family..

It comes after f-b-i louisville announced it was taking over the investigation..

Rogers' boy friend...brooks houck has been the main suspect in the case since rogers' disappearance in july 2015.

Her mother has said several times she believes houck killed her daughter.

9 search warrants were executed yesterday according to our affiliate whas.

They say law enforcement spent more than 13 hours..

Digging through brooks brother nick's home...who is a former bardstown police officer.

Police also searched the houcks family farm..

Thats near where possible human remains were found..

Just two weeks ago.

Those remains still haven't been publicly identified.

Members of team crystal, a group that has continued to search for the missing mother and keep her name known around the community, said finding rogers and charging her killers would bring much-needed peace.

There is a 25- thousand dollar reward for any information leading to roger's whereabouts.

The f-b-i has also set up a website to share information about the case.
