The topic of the month has been school and it continues... joining me now is christy sharon with sylvan learning center with some advice for parents.

Getting new informationw challenges every day with what's going to happen with schools so i think the most important thing is for us to stay positive- be patient know that if information is getting out to as as quickly as it can be to keep students and teachers and families thank you- and so i think networking with your- fellow parents at the school and i get you know looking at based.

Groups of- pto- organizations or the school facebook page for information just to try to stay informed and stay on top of you know the minute.

By minute changes that we're seeing.

The act to the changing landscape of education and we all know those of us who are parents the panic and that we felt in the fresh duration in the spring when we had to jump into being teacher mode.

Well you know trying to maintain everything else so it's still when we come up with the school support programs that will allow parents- to have that.

A professional support- we're available during the day- traditionally we've been after school tutoring but we're going to be available during the day we're going to be available for those hybrid.

Days where kids are at home learning do you have a safe place where you could take your children.

To be supervised with a certified teacher make sure they're staying on track with their assignments make sure they're getting.

Logged into their system sessions and they're getting to help in their questions they answered and just let us shoulder some of the- worry and concern that.

Working moms especially.

Distance learning and we are also available for life of virtual learning- beyond that you know soon meetings and such so we can accommodate your family whatever your level of comfort.
