Butte County Public Health announced four new coronavirus deaths.

Tonight at 6 - 4 more coronavirus deaths reported today in butte county.

That brings the total to 12.

Action news now reporter dani masten spoke with people about the jump in deaths here at home.

Their reporting was delayed because of the glitch in the state reporting system.

Because of that glitch there were 300 thousand missing records across the state - 300 in butte county.

Butte county also saw 16 new cases - totaling more than 13 hundred..

188 people are in isolation - with 18 of hospitalized.

Butte county numbers indicate 10 people are currently hospitalized -- because the county only reports butte county residents.

To date - more than 11 hundred people have recovered from the virus.
