A warrant for the arrest of 20-year-old Jackson Kulp of Fort Wayne was filed on July 15 and authorities have not been able to locate him yet.

Richards' office has issued a felony warrant for a man accused of breaking windows during the first night of the protests.

An affidavit says 20-year-old jackson kulp is on video smashing a skateboard through the window of a jimmy john's restaurant on south calhoun street.

The affidavit says the restaurant had to pay 4-thousand dollars to repair two windows.anyone with information about kulp's whereabout is asked to call crime
