Murder suspect in court

A suspect in the murder of 21-year-old Tyler McBain appeared in court Thursday.

- appeared in vernon town court today for a felony hearing.

23 year old suspect romero collier, from syracuse, along with another suspect, is accused of killing tyler mcbain on august 4th in mcbain's seneca avenue apartment.

Mcbain lived on the second floor.

A first floor tenant testified today that she didn't hear gunshots.

Mcbain was shot in the torso.

The autopsy report was turned in as evidence along with pictures from the crime scene.

Investigators... and a thruway toll taker also testified.

Collier and travon golden allegedly fled the scene and got on the thruway.

They crashed following a police chase.
