A home caught fire Sunday night in Lexington near the corner of W.

Seventh Street and N.

Upper Street.

The cause is under investigation.

Lexington firefighters say smoke and flames were coming from a home when they arrived tonight at the corner of west seventh street and north upper street.

That's just a couple blocks from steam academy.

I want to show you a live look at that home right now.

Firefighters say they got a call around 9:30 for a house fire.

Fifteen units responded.

It almost looks like the fire damaged two homes...a lot of the homes in that neighborhood are close together...but firefighters are telling us it's just one home that was damaged.

Investigators say firefighters quickly knocked down the bulk of the fire and now, they're checking for hot spots.
