Extinction Rebellion protesters glue themselves outside UK Parliament

Protesters from climate change activism group Extinction Rebellion glued themselves outside two entrances to Parliament in central London on Thursday (September 3).

The demonstrators are calling on the British government to do more to tackle climate change, such as supporting the Climate and Ecological Emergency (CEE) Bill.

Police swiftly arrested several protesters as the total number of arrests hit 232.
