Deputies were investigating the report of a stolen truck.

They were able to find, and stop the truck, because it had onstar installed on it.

When deputies caught up with the suspect..

47-year-old chad busby... he allegedly pointed a semi- automatic weapon directly at a deputy.

Says the deputy then fired his gun... shooting and killing busby.

State police is now investigating.
