With covid reducing the number of ceremonies and attendance in the area.... the organizer of tonight's event says with rome , he wanted to do something to honor those lives lost on september 11th, 2001.
I didn't see anything going on for 9/11, and every year we always do something.
We put up flags, or whatever and i just wanted to do something a little bit more this year.
I talked to my pastor and said i want to do a prayer vigil, and he thought it was a good idea so i said i'm going to do this."
