The bucs unassuming senior leader remains a threat this fall, racking up three more touchdowns in boyd's season opener.
You see eli morris get off the bus at 5'11, 165-pounds, you're probably not too concerned.
Good luck though stopping him on the field.
Jeremy bosken: "hearing somebody's a gamer isn't always a thing a coach wants to hear, but eli, he's definitely a gamer.
We'll go with that."
Reporter: "what's a gamer?"
Bosken: "when the lights come on, he just takes it to a whole other level.
He loves the pressure.
He loves just being coached.
He loves fire breathed on him."
Last year, the bucs gamer threw for over 21-hundred yards and ran for nearly 800-yards.

Eli morris: "you get overlooked a lot of the times and sometimes you get unaccounted for, that creates big plays, and big plays win games."
Morris was named a mr. football award semi-finalist last season, but he shrugs off that accomplishment.
Morris: "the goal is nothing individually.
I want to take this team as far as it can go, and all of these people here want to."

Morris: "my leadership i've been a starter on this team for about four years."

He gets everybody motivated and just pushes everybody."
Despite his stats and leadership, morris still has no college offers.
