- nats- the festivities kicked off- sunday with view the cruise in- downtown gulfport.- laurie toups, gulfport executiv- main street director- "the turnout has been amazing.- when i got here at 5 o'clock- this- morning, there was hardly a - place left to park for the- classic cars.

Then the people - started rolling in after that - and - its been packed ever since."- gulfport main street executive- directer laurie toups says- people are in great spirits and- seem excited to be out of the - house - "everyone is so grateful to hav- a place to go and something to- do- and something that is outside - and easy to social distance.- you can check out all the cool- cars, listen to music at the- same- time and eat."- cruisin' the coast draws in - crowds from 40 states.

The- cruise takes drivers down the - 30 mile stretch of- beachside highway with stops in- bay st.

Louis, biloxi,- d'iberville, gulfport, pass - christian, ocean springs and- pascagula.- nats- one long time participant says- he looks forward to this- week every year.- teddy guerin, participant - "this is my 15th year.

Every- year i come out here just to se- the - cars and relax.

Just sitting ou- here and seeing the cars and th- stuff people built is the main.- people make all kinds of nice - cars and you see something- different every year.
