//////// i talked with sullivan county clerk tonya bedwell.

She tells me her office has seen more than one hundred people in these two days.

Bedwell says the clerk's office has been taking a lot of calls.

So, she expects a lot more voters before the end of the week.

Bedwell says this is her first presidential election she's worked..

As the county clerk.

She tells me the pandemic has created challenges... but, her team has worked together to put guidelines in place.

They hope to keep everyone safe... while keeping the voting process moving.

/////// //////// "when they come in they have a health check with an officer that's standing behind me.

We have ppe gear for them to put on if they haven't got one masks gloves and hand sanitizer.

They get a temperature check then we call them back and if they're in the same family two people at a time can go through.

If not, then only one person at a time in the voting room."
