One person killed in warehouse fire

We begin tonight with breaking news.

One person is dead after a chemical fire at a warehouse in florence.

Fire officials say it's at right solutions -- a company that handles industrial materials and cleaning supplies.

You're taking a live look from the scene now.

That fire -- still burning as crews try to get it under control.

We have team coverage following the fire tonight.

We begin with waay 31's breken terry.

She's live at the scene where crews are hard at work.

Breken... this is still an active scene and smoke is still coming from the building.

Right now we know about six people were in this building working when it caught fire.

Everyone made it out except on person who appears to have died of smoke inhilation.

Florence fire chief jeffrey perkins said this has been a difficult fire to fight because of whats in the building.

Chemicals, cleaning supplies, a lot of paper as well that has actually helped the fire grow more and go faster we know firefighters will be here on these scene for the next several hours.

Florence fire fighters also got some help from volunteer departments in zip city, underwood, and petersville.

None of the surrounding areas have needed to be evactuated because the fire has been contained to the building.

Officials are not releaseing the name of the person who died yet.
