The covid-19 surge continues in lexington... with the county reporting more than 100 new cases.

The health department reports 125 cases...raising the overall total to 11,555.

There were no new deaths...leaving the death toll at 99.

Five more people have been hospitalized with the virus... bringing that total to 689 since march.
