A woman in boyle county is a lucky big time lottery winner ---again!

Rita bailey won $100,000 after purchasing a scratch-off ticket recently.

Bailey says she doesn't usually purchase scratch- off tickets and was not sure she won anything wit when the clerk scanned the ticket... he told she had not scratched it off all the way.

When she did... she discovered shd winning ticket.

This isn't her biggest win though!

Bailey won $1 million dollars back in 2007.
