AAA is reporting an expected record number of people traveling this holiday season than we've ever seen before during the pandemic.

But if you are out traveling..kentucky state police are out making sure you are doing it safe.

This time last year--there were more than 12- hundred accidents..

Police will be out all weekend trying to keep that number down this year.

They are looking for things you shouldn't be doing while driving...like texting... or not wearing your seatbelt.
