83-yr-old Father Stan Swamy who is a Jesuit priest and a tribal rights activist was arrested last month on October 8 over his alleged involvement in the Bhima-Koregaon case.
Swamy also suffers from Parkinson's diseaseand has sought the return of his straw and sipper confiscated during his arrest last month.
But authorities have been passing the buck.
