This was a car stuck in the roadway after trying to get through the flooded waters.

The person was okay and taken to safety, but you should never attempt to drive through a roadway like this.

No matter how shall shallow it may look.

The water in that video was actually very deep and there was no telling how far it actually went down because there were no lights on that road and as we know, law enforcement always say in times like this, turn around, don't drown.
