Deed's commisoner is on a mission.

We are trying to make sure that as many manufacturing workers get vaccinated as humanely possible with over people three hundred thousand minnesotans working in manufacturing, getting the workers the shot, will help the industry return to normal?*- according to commissioner grove.

Managers are even finding ways to motivate those who are skeptical of receving the vaccine, to get it.

They have posters around their sites encouraging people to get vaccinated, their gathering peer groups with eachother so those on the fence can hear from those who got the vaccine and hear that it is really pretty simple and effective, and they are just putting incentives out there.

Manufacturing is minnesota's second largest industry and those workers receving the vaccine will only help them out with production, returning to work safely, and hiring.
