Sycamore win home opener

Welcome welcome back.... nearly two months into their season and the indiana state baseball team today finally played their first home game of the season after opening with 24 straight road games...... isu hosted valpo in game one of their four game series...check out the sweatshirt amy hannahs was wearing today as her husband, isu baseball coach mitch hannahs faced her son kaleb from valpo... isu ace geremy geurrero was awesome...he struck out eight of the first nine valpo batters he faced and finished with 11 strike outs in a complete game shutout... isu threatening in the second when former west vigo star kaleb hannahs makes a great play at third for valpo to keep the game scoreless.... bottom third....miguel rivera rips an rbi double to right to gets the sycamores on the scoreboard...one-nothing good guys... later in the inning...sycamores aaron beck with one of his four hits in the game....his first triple of the season brings in two for isu...beck drove in three runs in the game... sycamores take game one of this series 5-0....isu improves to
