Iowa enacts law bars critical race theory from schools as governor calls it ‘discriminatory indoctrination’

Republicans, who have unified control of Iowa government, said the law would not ban diversity and inclusion training that many districts have enacted in response to heightened awareness of racial inequality and injustice.
